Eat at this magic hour

i am eeleven and i am 5 foot 4 and i weigh 110 i fell so fat though cause all of the other girl in my grade are like in the 70's and my mom will totally notice if i start passing on cake and ice cream at a birthday party or something and what is this magic hour thing what does it do i want to be a healthy skinny quick

5 foot 4 and 110 lbs is NOT fat at all. It sounds like you are probably taller than some of the other girls in your grade, and that is why they may weigh less. 70 lbs is rather thin for an 11 year girl, anyways.

You should talk to your mom about eating healthier, not to be skinny quick, but just because you want to start making healthier decisions about your eating. I'm sure she would support you. My 11 year old daughter and I take walks, and we play Zumba and Just Dance on the Wii for some fun exercise. You can do that with your family.

To answer your question, the article is saying the magic hour is between 3 and 4pm. If you eat something that is low in fat and carbs, but high in protein at that time, it will boost your body's fat burning ability, and you won't be as hungry at dinner too.

Remember, it isn't healthy to compare yourself to the other girls. You're body frame and height may be different than theirs. If you were 5 foot 4 inches tall and 70 lbs, you would look WAY too thin. Talk to your mom about how you're feeling, sweetie.

I'm twelve and in the seventh grade. I'm about 5ft.5in. and I weigh about 132lb. I have trouble doing cardio exercises because my heart is pretty weak or maybe I'm just pushing myself too hard. I don't know. At the gym I go to the track is 1/10 of a mile and I can only run/jog for about two laps. Is that normal? I went to a cardiologist but they said nothing was wrong with my heart. I get worried and upset sometimes because all the other girls in my grade can run and do any sports they want and I struggle to keep up. Can anyone give me some ideas for easy but effective cardio workouts and some tips for what's ok to eat? I'd really appreciate it. Thanks.

Sup Yall Im 10 and everyone has a 6 and 8 pack in my class and i have fat They Weigh around 70 pounds and i weigh 100 pounds I FEEL LONELY :(

I am 11 years old and have a curvy body. But the thing is, I am overweight. But I have changed my eating habits and excerice every other day. I currently weight 156.2 lb. It's a work in progress! XD
